Service Description

This workshop explores the expressive possibilities of ink as a drawing medium. Working from both natural and man-made forms, participants will develop observation skills while experimenting with line, texture and form. You’ll explore a variety of techniques - including working with sticks and washes - discovering how each can produce interesting effects. Techniques such as hatching, cross-hatching, stippling and layering will be demonstrated to help you create linear and tonal drawings. Price includes materials.
